Passionate about human development, Gui talks about what is Coliving and how is becoming a trend. He is building the coliving industry ecosystem with three very interesting initiatives:
1) Co-Liv (www.co-liv.org), a global non-profit association of coliving professionals.
2) Art of Co (www.artof.co), an agency and educational platform building life-enhancing coliving spaces.
3) Coliving Insights (www.colivinginsights.com), the leading media platform and research lab in the coliving scene.
Gui is also the author of Art of Coliving, a book explaining how to create coliving spaces on every part of the journey (concept, resident vetting, community management, architecture, business model, team structure, and so forth). A book based on his research, having visited 70+ coliving spaces worldwide, interviewed 150+ founders and community managers, and interacting with 500+ coliving professionals over the last two years.
